Learn to surf at Slide Surf Camp – our surf courses
This is where the surf trip begins!
To learn to surf in the best way possible, we only work with experienced and internationally licensed surf instructors at Slide Surf Camp, who will introduce you and a maximum of seven other students to the joy of surfing in peace and quiet, far away from surf tourism.
Only the best for you and your surfing holiday! In our surf school you will find first class surfboards and wetsuits, with which you will turn the waves into your own playground in no time. Our surf courses are of course tailored to you and your level and are divided into beginner and advanced courses. Intermediates who have already completed a surf course and feel confident with the equipment should book the advanced course.
If you are a beginner, we recommend booking a surf course with an extra week. The combination is ideal to consolidate the basics in the first week and to enjoy a second week of pure surf feeling during your first surf holiday.

BEGINNER COURSE
Glide along the waves, enjoy the sunset from the water and get to know the surf lifestyle – all this is by no means impossible, the first step is your surf course with us.
The beginners course is tailored to all those who have no experience in surfing and want to learn the basics. Three hours a day we teach you the safe handling of the ocean, the surfboard and other surfers in the water. Of course you will also learn how to paddle, how to read the waves and how to take off.
In our intensive theory sessions you will also get an understanding of how and why waves are created and how weather, currents and tides influence your session. You will make your first attempts in broken waves, the white water, and if you are a fast learner you will surf your first unbroken green waves during the course. To make sure that this plan works out, you will get a video analysis from us to be able to recognize and improve your movement sequences. In our surf school you will learn how to surf from scratch – the dream of surfing is only one surf course away!
ADVANCED COURSE (INTERMEDIATE)
This course is for all those who have already completed a beginners course in a surf school and now want to improve their skills. In groups of maximum eight surf students you will learn a controlled and safe takeoff in green waves during your daily three hour lessons. Afterwards we work on the parallel ride on the green wave, which can give you an unforgettable ride. The numerous point breaks in the region are ideal for improving your surfing skills in green waves.
On top of that, theory lessons will give you a deeper understanding of surfing. In order to become aware of your movements and mistakes, we will discuss your technique in detail in the video analysis and thus help you to achieve even longer rides on the watery roller coaster.
PRIVATE LESSONS
You feel like your surfing is not improving anymore, you have certain maneuvers in mind and would like to have professional help?
A private lesson in our surf camp could be just the right thing for you. The lessons are individually tailored to your level and your goals. For maximum progress we will of course do video analysis of your surfing and work together on your skills. You will receive intensive coaching in the water and all your questions will not remain unanswered.
